OMG, the Yellow on this top is absolutely a ray of sunshine: I adore it. Currently wearing it with my vibrant FitPink blue crop leggings: what a combo! I would not hesitate to recommend this top for yoga, weightlifting, and cycling, although must admit it is quite a versatile top so you can adapt it to more activities besides the ones just mentioned. The knot at the back means you can have it tighter or looser depending on the type of flex you need for your activity: so very adaptable for the gym where you might be going from different types of machines and exercises. I adore it and now have a collection of different colours. Works from cold weather to the hottest temp. Can't rave enough about it. True to size but you can also go one size down I have also found (because of the knot at the back).
