Exchanges  

Must be within 30 Days

Please take care when trying on items to ensure that no item is stained with make-up, deodorant etc. Items that are stained or worn will be returned to you.

If you need to exchange your item, please send it back to us at :

FitPink Customer Service. First Floor, Pier 1, Quay St, Donegal Town F94 ENC4. 

Make sure to include a note with your return indicating your name, contact number, address and original order number (you will find this on the order confirmation email) and what you would like to exchange your item for.

Returns

Must be within 30 Days

To be eligible for a return/refund, your full priced item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please take care when trying on items to ensure that no item is stained with make-up, deodorant etc. Items that are stained or worn will be returned to you.

Please include a note with your return indicating the reason for the return, your name, contact number, address and original order number (you will find this on the order confirmation email). 

DPD

We have agreed a reduced price with DPD for our customers' returns, for added convenience and value for returning your items. We do not have the ability to track and control your DPD return.

  
All orders nationwide can be returned through DPD by following the simple steps below:

1. To return your unwanted item, please log on to www.dpd.ie select PICK UP, then select RETURNS and CONTINUE AS A GUEST. and choose Fitpinkfitness from the drop down list.

2. Fill out the returns section and pay online order to download your returns label. The reference number is your order number.

3. Print your returns label and attach the label to your returns package.

4. Drop off your package to any one of the DPD pickup points which are located across Ireland and Northern Ireland. Click here to find the location most convenient to you. On dropping off your parcel you will receive a receipt. It is important to keep your receipt as proof of return until you have received confirmation of your refund or exchange.

Please note: 

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   
  • You can send your return/exchange using AnPost or DPD. 
  • Once you have completed your return, you are responsible for keeping note of your tracking number.
  • We are not responsible for any returns or exchanges until they have been received at FitPink HQ.  

Refund Processing:

  • Once your return is received it will be inspected
  • Once your refund has been approved your refund less the shipping cost will then be processed
  • Your refund will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. This can take from 3-10 days depending on your bank
  • Sale items can not be refunded but can be exchanged for another item or credit note.



Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. We process returns immediately after we receive your item back, but banks can take some time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded but can be exchanged for another item or a credit note.  

Gifts
If you receive a FitPink item as a gift we can provide you with an exchange or a credit note.  Refunds can only be made to the card/payment method that was originally used to purchase the item. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Customer Service. FitPink First floor, Pier 1, Quay St, Donegal Town. F94 ENC4. Ireland.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
